APPLICATION PROCESS

The application must be filled out completely. All questions need to be answered. A separate application is required for each adult over the age of 18. Income requirements are (2) Two Times the Rent. Our screening process includes: a credit check, background check, eviction history, verification of current and previous rental history and employment verification.

Please be prepared to provide the following at the time you turn in your application for processing:

  • $35.00 Screening Fee for each adult (non-refundable). We only accept Money Orders or pay online www.stonefieldpm.com and complete the application
  • Last (2) Two Months Proof of Income (Pay Stubs)
  • Income requirements are (2) Two times the rent
  • Valid Picture ID for each adult
  • Applications must be signed
Applicants that are receiving social security, disability insurance, cash aid or food stamps will be required to provide current proof of eligibility. Self Employed applicants should submit a copy of the last two years W-2, 1099 or IRS Transcripts and last year business bank statements.

All pets must be approved by the Property Manager. No dogs over 30 pounds or any aggressive canine breed (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, etc.) will be allowed due to changes in rental insurance policies. If you do have a pet please include with your application the following:

  • Pet Picture
  • Current Rabies Shots, including weight, breed and age
If your pet is approved we will collect $50.00 per dog/cat deposit.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED OR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND SCREENED.

Applications will be collected, processed and then presented to Property Manager for their review. The screening is done by a third party, when Property Manager selects an applicant, all applicants will be notified either by phone, email or by mail. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing.
